What Pehra stores about you, and why. In short: as little as possible, and in your own office where we can.

Quote requests

When you send the quote form, we receive your name, organisation, email, phone (if given), plan, device count, message and the network address it came from.

We use them only to reply to you and prepare a quote. The form is sent from this website, which Cloudflare hosts, to our team's inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself keeps no copy. We never sell or share them.

To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks in your browser that the form is sent by a person, not a program.

Ask us at any time to delete them.

Customers' security data

Alerts, logs and device information are stored on the Pehra Box in the customer's own office. Each organisation can see only its own data.

Push notifications carry a short title only. To check whether a downloaded file is malware, the file's fingerprint (a hash, not the file) is sent to VirusTotal.

Nightly backups are encrypted on the Pehra Box before they are copied to a second location.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The customer portal uses one session cookie, only after you sign in.
